Britain is in crisis, our economy is less productive that those of France, Germany, Italy and America. Our organisations are languishing at the bottom of the league table of all EU business regions and they have shown little sign of bucking the trend for the last twenty years.
Our SME’s have the highest failure rate in Europe and responsibility has to be taken by our business leaders and managers. At a time when political and economic uncertainty is rife, we need to find, make and maximise competitive advantage everywhere.
My name is Timothy Barlow and I’m contacting you from www.talentmanagement.org.uk. I have just written “The Great British Productivity Challenge” which analyses the relationship between Talent Management, Productivity and Profit. In it I describe a new approach which I call “The Science of Productive Forces’.
The book and theory is part of a six month plan to reduceHR Risk and add between 5-30% to an organisations bottom line by increasing employee engagement, retention, productivity and profit. I also include my “Productive Forces – Talent Management – Questionnaire” to give organisations a framework to measure themselves against.
I have shown that by recording and measuring your HR actions against your financial results you will learn how to correlate your HR and People Strategy with the results of your actions so you can improve the former and the latter.
If you would like to better find out your HR Risk Score, reach out.
